★★★★★6 months agoSERVPRO did a fantastic job on the work on my house. George and his colleague did a fantastic job inspecting the hole that was in my ceiling due to a leak. After the assessment, Aaron was so kind and knowledgable about what it would take to patch up the hole and repaint the affected area. He walked me through the different options and was able to get me scheduled very quickly. On the day of repair, Nelson and his Team did a wonderful job on the ceiling. It was originally estimated to take two days (already very quick turnaround) and the Team was able to complete it all (drywall and painting) in one day! From beginning to end, great professional work, would highly recommend.
★★★★★a year agoMr. Aaron Smith and the team did a splendid job! They worked numerous hours and hours to please a situation that a flood had destroyed! Mr. Smith coordinated his task like a professional skilled manager! and gave me courtesy calls when it was always needed. That I'm truly grateful for and making me feel comfort he also gave his expertise to the flooring process. Mr. Smith kept me informed along this journey of what to expect and the next steps. THIS GAVE ME COMFORT!👊🏾 I highly recommend Servpro Park Cities for home restoration! Mr.
★★★★★5 months agoTrent Timmons and Kendrick Claiborne were the best! They were very polite, professional and just plain nice and courteous. Their demeanor was calm, comforting and attentive. They explained in detail all questions I had about their work and this process. They were very careful when moving furniture and other items. They were very kind and understanding with the issues I had in my home, and they were so polite at all times. They were very soft spoken and thorough with my many questions and answered and explained everything to me in language I understood .
★★★★★3 months agoI was very happy with the work that was done - fast and efficient! Jose was great communicating with me and I would highly recommend them! He was able to locate a roofer to help find the source of the leak and then made the room look like new!
★★★★★11 months agoFrom day one, Aaron Smith with the RECONSTRUCTION side of ServPro was the best thing sent in my direction; he went above and beyond in every possible way. He set foot on the property daily to make sure the tradesmen were moving along with the repairs and that everything was up to par. There were days he might be at my property and there was a package on the doorstep; he would take it inside and send me a picture of where he left the package. Being out of the home physically, I appreciated that. The whole process took just over four months, of which during that time Aaron was joined by Jose Guerrero when it was realized there was also roof damage.
In Alison's words
Water spreads into walls and floors within hours. The team extracts standing water, dries the structure and handles the repairs, with the emergency line answered day or night at 214-522-3000.
Fire damage includes odor and residue far from the flames. Crews clean smoke and soot, control odor and make structural repairs, and pack out and restore contents while the work is done.
Mold work starts with inspection, then containment and removal to protect the property and the people in it. Technicians hold industry certifications in water and fire restoration and structural drying.
After severe weather the team boards up, tarps the roof and removes debris, then follows with roofing and reconstruction so the property is secured first and repaired second.
SERVPRO of Park Cities runs its own construction side. Google reviewers describe reconstruction project managers coordinating drywall, paint and flooring, in one case finishing a two-day ceiling repair in one.
The team documents the damage and provides information about the services performed to help the owner through the claim process, and a rapid response can limit further damage and overall cost.

About
Alison Zelaya co-owns SERVPRO of Park Cities with her husband Juan. She came to restoration from sales and retail management and has lived in Dallas for 15 years; the company's crews answer emergency calls 24 hours a day for homes and businesses in Dallas, Highland Park and University Park.
The company dries, cleans and deodorizes after water, fire, mold, storm and biohazard damage, then its own construction side rebuilds, so the owner is not hiring a second contractor once the fans leave. SERVPRO of Park Cities is an IICRC Certified Firm, and the team documents the damage and the work performed to help the owner through the insurance claim.
