The whole team at Verde Roofing did an amazing job on our new roof. The entire process start to finish was very smooth and Drake’s communication throughout everything was top notch. He was very professional, prompt, and made the process seamless. They did the entire roof install in less than a full day and left our yard the way they found it. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a trusted company to handle their roofing needs!

Chris was great to work with. Our job wasn't huge (not a new roof) but he was still very responsive and the work was done quickly. We are very happy with the results and would recommend.

Verde Roofing did an outstanding job in replacing the roof of our home. Chris Grimes (owner) was extremely helpful to me throughout the lengthy process of dealing with our homeowner’s insurance company, from the initial inspection, to the final completion. His installation crew did an excellent, high quality job replacing my roof. Chris’s honesty, guidance and advice throughout the process was the key difference maker in a highly successful job! I would definitely hire him again! Thank you, Chris!!

I wish there was a way to give 10 stars for Chris Grimes (owner) and Verde roofing. My wife and I recently moved into our home and discovered a faulty roof system that we did not know about. After 4 companies had come by and struggled to identify the issue or provide a concrete plan, I finally found Verde and they blew all the others away. He and his team knew exactly what to do and provided a transparent cost estimate and had a crew there in days.

In Chris's words

Situations Chris handles every week

Hail came through and you are not sure the roof is damaged

Not every storm means a new roof. Chris inspects the roof with the owner, documents what he finds and gives an honest read on repair versus replacement before anything is filed. Call 214-687-1951 for an estimate.

The insurance company is slow, or missed damage

Because most Verde projects start with a claim, the company works with the insurance company to repair or replace the roof. Customers describe Chris meeting the adjuster at the house, pointing out damage the inspector missed, and following up repeatedly when the carrier went quiet.

Four roofers could not explain what is wrong

One customer found a faulty roof system after moving in and had four companies struggle to diagnose it. Chris and his team identified the problem, gave a transparent cost estimate and had a crew on site within days.

An aging roof on a home, office, store or warehouse

Verde handles both residential and commercial roofing, including offices, convenience stores, warehouses and multi-family buildings. Materials include asphalt and laminated shingles, stone, tile, slate and metal, and maintenance plans are available.

The storm took more than the roof

Gutters and downspouts, windows, fencing, siding, staining and exterior painting are all on the services list, so a storm-damaged property can be restored by one contractor instead of five.

A high electric bill and a sunny roof

Verde Roofing & Solar installs rooftop solar as well. The company's position is that with about 230 sunny days a year in DFW, solar is cost effective over the long run and upfront costs are lower than many owners expect.
