★★★★★3 months agoOur upstairs A/C unit stopped working overnight during July Fourth weekend. We contacted Quigley that morning and were able to get same-day service. Jorge Martinez was outstanding. He quickly diagnosed the issue, made the repair efficiently, and got our system back up and running. He was professional, friendly, and a pleasure to work with. We really appreciated the prompt service and excellent customer care.
★★★★★3 months agoMain AC backed up/blockage/drain line issues. In addition had levels checked for coolant and pressure. Bailey got us immediately scheduled and Clint was out first thing in the morning to assess and get our unit back online. Extremely pleased with how quickly they helped us and in making a timely repair. Thank you so much for taking great care of us!
★★★★★5 months agoI have a membership for twice per year HVAC service at two addresses. They are fast and thorough in their analysis and testing. I had a builder install HVAC last year as part of remodel and Ray Romero from Quigley found issues with their install. He also found a coolant leak on outside unit and a part that needs replacing due to faulty install. Basically it was poor install by builder's HVAC person. Quigley is going to order the part and return to replace part and fix the leak. Advice - Don't trust or use HVAC team from a builder. Only use your own trusted HVAC company like Quigley.

★★★★2 months agoDispatcher responsive, good communications. Very timely visit. Technician very knowledgeable. Was able to determine a diagnosis and options for repair. Very high charge for the diagnosis. Repair requires additional high fee.
★★★★★5 months agoWe had our summer preventative maintenance and system check done today. Matthew Garcia is a great technician and made some recommendations to keep our system in tip-top shape for the hot summer months. Super impressed by his customer service and HVAC system knowledge. Quigley is a great company to do business with.
How it works
What happens after you reach out
- Text before arrival Just before the call you receive a text naming your technician and confirming they are on the way.
- Uniformed technician, protected home The tech arrives in a marked, stocked van with an ID badge, shoe covers and drop cloths, and parks where you prefer.
- Meet and greet, then diagnostic A few questions about the problem, then a comprehensive system diagnostic to identify what is affecting performance or efficiency.
- Findings and repair options The technician reviews findings and options; Q Club members see their discount on the estimate before approving.
In Brandon's words
Situations Brandon handles every week
The system is not cooling
This is the most common call. A technician texts when on the way, arrives in a marked van with shoe covers and drop cloths, runs a full system diagnostic and reviews repair options before any work. Website reviewers describe a morning call fixed by mid-afternoon.
Breakdowns in the hottest week of the year
The Q Club program includes two tune-up visits a year, priority scheduling within 12 or 24 hours depending on tier, 5 to 15 percent off repairs and a reduced diagnostic fee, so problems are found in spring and fall rather than in July.
A 15- or 20-year-old system with rising repair bills
A comfort consultant evaluates the home and prepares a tiered estimate with clear options. Trane and Lennox high-efficiency variable-speed equipment is the top recommendation for comfort and lower operating cost, and Wells Fargo financing is available with approved credit.
High bills and rooms that never feel right
Ductwork, duct cleaning, air handlers, attic insulation, zone control systems and ductless systems address airflow and efficiency problems that a new condenser alone will not fix.
Air quality and safety inside the house
Indoor air quality systems, smoke detectors and carbon monoxide alarms are installed and maintained; a website reviewer describes a technician finding the source of a condensation problem and flagging that the home had no CO alarms.
A commercial building that cannot afford downtime
Commercial cooling, heating, heat pumps, dehumidification, light commercial systems, new construction and maintenance plans are handled by the same company.

About
Brandon Quigley
Brandon Quigley is the third-generation owner of Quigley Heating & Air, the Farmers Branch company his grandfather Sheldon founded in 1945. He joined full time in 1998 and took over operations when his father Troy passed in 2008.
The company is a Lennox Authorized Dealer, installs Trane and services every brand, for homes and commercial buildings across Dallas and the northern suburbs. Its approach has three tiers: maintenance through the Q Club program to extend equipment life and prevent breakdowns, repair when a system fails, and replacement when it has reached the end of its useful life.
