Porous Austin stone, cast stone and limestone hold organic growth that a pressure washer cannot safely blast out. Park Cities Power Wash uses a three-step Wash, Treat, Rinse soft wash: a low-pressure pre-wet, a sodium hypochlorite and surfactant solution, and a low-pressure, high-volume rinse, repeated if buildup remains.
