PatchMaster did a great job with a sheetrock repair from a plumbing issue. They also repaired a small hole in another area. It looks seamless and the crew worked clean and tidy and everything looked great when they finished.

In John's words

Situations John handles every week

A hole behind a door or a dent in the hallway

Small drywall damage is exactly the job most contractors will not come out for. Small to medium repairs are the core of John's business. A technician assesses the damage, patches it, matches the existing texture and paints it to blend with the surrounding wall.

Cracks in walls or a ceiling

Settlement cracks and ceiling cracks are repaired and finished to match. Small repairs usually take a few hours, and projects often start within a few days of the estimate.

Stained, soft drywall after a leak

Once the leak is fixed and the area is dry, the damaged drywall is cut out and replaced. In moisture-prone areas the crew uses the appropriate board, such as green-board or purple-board, before texturing and painting.

Walls opened up by a plumber or electrician

Access holes left after trade work are closed, textured and painted so the wall looks untouched. Plumbers, electricians, general contractors and property managers can send photos for a quote before the visit.

Worried about dust in a finished home

Technicians use HEPA-certified filtered equipment, temporary dust barriers and drop cloths, and clean up when the work is done.

Small and medium repairs are the core of the work: holes, cracks, dents, water-damaged walls and ceilings, plaster, and new drywall. Each repair is finished with matched texture and color-matched paint so the patch blends into the wall. Technicians use HEPA-filtered tools and dust barriers, estimates are free and can start from photos, and the territory runs from downtown Dallas to Plano and Royce City.

FAQ

Questions people ask John

Will I be able to see where the patch was?

The goal is that you will not. Existing texture is matched as closely as possible and the area is painted to match the current color, or the whole wall can be repainted.

How soon can the repair start, and how long does it take?

Projects often start within a few days of the estimate. Small repairs take a few hours; larger projects may take a few days. Weekend appointments are available.

Do you repair water-damaged drywall?

Yes, once the leak is fixed and the area is dry. The appropriate board, such as green-board or purple-board, is used in moisture-prone areas.

How much will it cost?

It depends on the size and scope of the repair. Estimates are free, and you receive a detailed estimate after an initial assessment. Photos can be attached to the online quote form.

Will there be dust everywhere?

Dust is minimized with HEPA-certified filters, temporary dust barriers and drop cloths, followed by a thorough cleanup.
