If I could give more than 5 stars I would! I called Stefan from the website to see how I would go about redoing my garage this summer, and he gave me so many ideas that I hadn’t thought about. I told him that I wasn’t really sure what I was looking for yet but I knew I wanted something. He not only FaceTimed me to show me his showroom while I was out of town, he also offered to come out to my house and give me a full walkthrough of what they offer. I asked him to come by this weekend and the level of professionalism and knowledge he has is refreshing to see. He played with my dogs while we were talking and it was like I was talking to a friend I’ve known forever!

From the very start, Stefan with Proslat was prompt in setting up our appointment and sent a timely reminder beforehand. He even called ahead to ask if we wanted a cup of coffee on his way to our home — a small gesture, but one that really stood out and showed genuine thoughtfulness. During our initial quote meeting, Stefan communicated clearly and answered all of our questions with real expertise. He then followed up quickly with a detailed quote, including AI-generated images showing exactly what the Proslat install would look like in our space.

In Stefan's words

Situations Stefan handles every week

A garage full of loose shelving and nowhere to park

Cabinets, slatwall with hooks and baskets, overhead racks and ceiling lifts move everything off the floor. Stefan designs the layout around the cars, the tools and the bikes that actually have to fit.

You cannot picture what the finished garage would look like

The store uses online configurators and renderings so the homeowner sees the cabinet colors, wall configuration and layout before ordering. One customer review describes receiving a detailed quote with images of the install in their own space.

You want to see and touch the materials before spending

The Richardson showroom lets homeowners compare cabinet finishes, door styles and slatwall configurations in person, with product specialists on hand. It is open Monday through Friday and Saturdays by appointment.

Measuring and layout are the part you do not want to get wrong

Stefan offers a free in-home quote so measurements and layout are settled at the garage itself, and a first order placed through an in-home quote carries a 5 percent discount.

A weekend project, or a full install

Customers who want to do it themselves can buy from in-store inventory and take it home the same day. Those who want it done can have the store's installers put the system up level and anchored.
