In Chase's words

Situations Chase handles every week

Hiring the wrong person, again

Most bad hires come from relying on resumes, interviews and gut instinct. Chase uses science-backed assessment methods to predict how a candidate will actually perform and whether they fit the team, reducing mis-hires and their cost.

Good people keep leaving

Turnover usually traces back to a mismatch between the person, the role and the culture. Wayne Human Capital screens for long-term fit so hires stay, which Chase describes as cost savings and a more stable workforce.

The team is burned out and hiring reactively

Chase runs culture assessments and personality-based hiring workshops for leadership teams. One bookkeeping firm that went through both hired the right person within weeks and reported greater trust and clarity on the team.

A key hire with no structured way to judge fit

When one seat matters, a strong resume is not enough. Chase builds a holistic picture of each candidate, covering personality, cognitive abilities and values alignment alongside skills and experience, so the decision rests on data.

Growing fast without a defined culture

Companies scaling or going through a leadership transition often have not put their values into words. The Culture as a Service engagement maps team dynamics, values alignment and personality data so people and culture decisions are made deliberately.

FAQ

Questions people ask Chase

What is personality-based recruiting?

Candidates are evaluated on personality, cognitive ability and cultural fit alongside skills and experience, using assessment data rather than resume and interview impressions alone.

What is Culture as a Service?

A deeper engagement with the existing team: a review of team dynamics, values alignment and personality data that informs hiring, people strategy and culture decisions on an ongoing basis.

Do you only recruit, or do you also work with the current team?

Both. Chase recruits for open roles and also runs culture assessments and personality-based hiring workshops for leadership teams.

What size of company is this for?

Growing companies of roughly 10 to 100 employees, especially owners who have been hiring reactively and want a structured, data-driven way to choose and keep people.

What does a typical result look like?

In one engagement, a bookkeeping firm dealing with burnout and turnover went through a culture assessment and hiring workshop, hired the right person within weeks and reported greater team trust, clarity and satisfaction at work.
